Saloon control unit is the car-level controller for each carriage in the PA / PIS system. It is the core device for controlling the broadcasting and information display. It accomplishes the networking between the train-level network and the car-level network of the system, as well as functions such as broadcasting control, volume control, and information display within its own carriage.
