Mexico STE Project

On January 3, local time in Mexico, the first articulated light rail train developed by CRRC for the Electric Transport Service of Mexico City (STE) was put into operation in the capital of Mexico. This is the first time that a LRV "made by CRRC" has served Mexico City, symbolizing a milestone in the electrification and modernization of Mexico City's public transportation.

The MCLRV Light Rail Project in Mexico City adopts a two-car double-articulated train formation. The Passenger Information System is an integrated platform that combines the train broadcasting system, intercom system, LED information display system, and video surveillance system.
