On December 31, 2021, Beijing Subway Line 11 officially started operation. As a branch line for the Winter Olympics, Beijing Subway Line 11 played a crucial role in traffic support during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. It greatly facilitated the travel of relevant personnel and also demonstrated to the world the advanced achievements of Beijing's rail transit construction.

Beihai Communication undertook the broadcasting system project of Beijing Subway Line 11. This project adopted the broadcasting system based on the server architecture, which was pioneered by Beihai Communication. The system integrates intelligent scene applications and is the first to achieve cloud deployment in the field of urban rail transit. The application of this technology marks new progress made by our country in the field of intelligent transportation broadcasting technology.

Application of IP speakers: Line 11 uses advanced IP speakers, which transmit optical/network digital signals through optical cables. They have low costs and strong anti-interference capabilities, and are suitable for complex electromagnetic environments. Equipped with a DSP algorithm for speech clarity, one IP speaker can replace dozens of traditional ceiling speakers, improving the listening experience and reducing the workload of installation, operation and maintenance.

Cloud-based broadcasting system: The broadcasting system uses cloud computing technology to achieve cloud deployment. Data storage and processing are transferred to the cloud, which improves security and stability. It is convenient for the operation and management department to uniformly manage and update the broadcasting content, and efficiently release daily and emergency information.

Intelligent scene broadcasting: By combining the travel trajectories of passengers and using the application server architecture and TTS technology, the system can achieve accurate and intelligent broadcasting of scenario-based pre-plan information. There are clear guidance during multi-line transfers. In scenarios such as passenger flow congestion and emergencies, it can timely provide information and guidance suggestions for evacuation, enhancing the travel experience of passengers.
