The EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project for Monterrey Lines 4, 5, and 6 stands as the largest rail transit engineering endeavor in Mexico this year.
Spanning a comprehensive scope, the project encompasses line design, construction, commissioning, and full - life - cycle services.After a meticulous and stringent review process by the Nuevo León state government, the project owner, it was officially announced on September 23 that the consortium formed by CRRC and the Portuguese firm MOTA had won the bidding.
